Quality of Life Grants

Helping Our Members Live Life to the Fullest

Who is eligible?

  • Grants help members cover the cost of experiences or projects that enhance their daily lives such as family outings, travel, adaptive sports and recreation, and minor home modifications.
  • QOL Grants are available to Full Members and Associate Members once the Chapter member has been a member in good standing for at least one year.
  • Full Members qualify for up to $1,000.00 one time per year.
  • Associate Members qualify for up to $500.00 one time per year.

Grant Details

Up to $1000 may be considered. Requests are reviewed case-by-case.
Up to $500 may be considered. Requests are reviewed case-by-case.
Add multiple files by selecting them simultaneously. Requests with receipts, invoices, budgets, course descriptions, and other materials are more likely to be approved.

Grants are discretionary, reviewed by the MSCPVA Board of Directors, and are dependent on available funding.
Funding & Reimbursement
  • Preference is given to applicants who submit receipts and/or a detailed breakdown of program fees in the Supporting Documentation section.
  • If funds are needed in advance, please explain the reason why in the Grant Details section of the application.
Grant Review Process
  1. Grant applications are reviewed monthly.
  2. Applicants will be notified of decisions by mail.
  3. All grant awards are made at the sole discretion of the Chapter’s Board of Directors.
Recipient Responsibilities

Recipients are encouraged to submit a brief follow-up report with photos that may be shared in the Chapter’s newsletter or on its website to highlight the program’s impact.
