The Acupressure Self-Care video series includes four separate 10-minute videos providing standalone instructions for simple acupressure point routines for common conditions we see with our Veterans: low back pain, headaches, neck pain and sleep support.
The videos are meant to be used by Veterans as self-care and do not necessarily need individual instruction for use. Acupressure can be safely done in conjunction with most medical care, and is not intended to replace other ongoing treatments for these conditions.
Each video has a companion single-page handout that can be downloaded from the link found within the text description below the video. These handouts serve as references with abbreviated instructions and point pictures to pair with the video instruction.
