Membership Benefits & Application

The Mountain States Chapter of the Paralyzed Veterans of America (MSCPVA) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of veterans with spinal cord injury (SCI/D) disease by ensuring quality health care, promoting research and advocating for civil rights. MSCPVA has members in Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.

Members participate in countless chapter-sponsored activities including the National Veterans Wheelchair Games and many others.

Our staff is consistently working on creating, maintaining and improving relations with members, families, and caregivers via telephone outreach and hospital visits. Outreach enables us to become more familiar with our growing membership, identifying potential problems and other areas of concern.

To join the Mountain States Chapter PVA, complete a Membership Certification Application form by clicking the link below. Please mail it directly to the Chapter office. All new membership applicants must be certified before membership.
