Our chapter supports veterans and their families by building community, sharing resources and advocating for veterans’ needs.

Membership is free and means more than just access to resources. It’s a way to stay informed, connected and involved in a community that understands the realities of living with SCI/D. Together with our families, caregivers and community supporters, we shape the chapter’s priorities, support advocacy efforts and create programs that respond to our needs.
This work is part of a longer legacy. After World War II, veterans with spinal cord injuries came together to fight for better health care, greater access and the opportunity to live independent lives. Their efforts created lasting change and helped advance broader disability rights, including laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act.
By becoming a member, you become part of that legacy. You also help shape what comes next.
