Our chapter exists to support veterans and their families through advocacy, connection, and long-term engagement grounded in lived experience.

Our members are the foundation of this work. Through membership, veterans, families, caregivers, and supporters come together to strengthen advocacy efforts, inform chapter priorities, and ensure veterans with disabilities receive the care, benefits, accessibility, and civil rights they have earned. Membership connects individuals with people who understand the realities of SCI/D, with programs that address real needs, and with a collective voice that drives meaningful change.
Living with SCI/D is a lifelong journey. Needs evolve, circumstances change, and navigating health care systems, benefits, accessibility, and community support can be complex. Membership in the Mountain States Chapter helps ensure veterans have a strong regional voice within PVA, that local needs guide advocacy and program decisions, and that members remain informed, supported, and connected throughout every stage of life. Most importantly, it ensures veterans and their families are not navigating these challenges alone.
There is no cost to become a full or associate member of the Mountain States Chapter. Membership is about advocacy, access, and connection, not fees.
