Joshua Campbell brings experience in military service, health care and business leadership to the Mountain States Chapter board of directors.

Joshua served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve and U.S. Air National Guard, where he held a rare dual medical role, serving as both a combat medic and nurse.

During the Iraq War era, he provided patient care in U.S.-based military hospitals and gained extensive experience in critical care, trauma and specialty medical settings, including burn intensive care units. He later worked as a registered nurse in civilian hospitals across emergency, critical care and medical-surgical settings, as well as in travel and agency nursing roles.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in political science with a minor in biology from Illinois State University and holds nursing credentials obtained through the Army Nursing School at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

In addition to his medical career, Josh is a seasoned entrepreneur who has founded and led multiple businesses in residential and commercial painting and event promotion and production. He has managed events ranging from small gatherings to large festivals with 200,000 attendees, bringing extensive experience in logistics, production and team management. He has also served in leadership roles with Peoria Area Community Events in Peoria, Illinois, and the Saddle Notch Ranch Road Homeowners Association.

Josh sustained a spinal cord injury in a scuba diving accident and initially experienced quadriplegia before regaining some function through rehabilitation. He lives in Loveland, Colorado, and is an active advocate for veterans with disabilities.
